You can do quite a bit of tracking with CSS by conditionally loading third party resources. Tracking pixels, loading different images on hover, active, focus, etc can effectively track users
The correct solution is enable a strict Content Security Policy (CSP) - so even when a user compromises your website with XSS/CSS they cannot extract any data they obtain. Note: this website has not configured a Content Security Policy :(
Critically thinking - If that was the case this wouldn't have been fought in court.
A few google searches show the effect is minor to major depending on product category. I wasn't able to find exact numbers. But as a personal note I would never buy meat labeled "Made in China"
There is a technical reason. USB-C is not just a data connection standard like ethernet. Each pin has specific limitations on what it can/cant be used for to stay in spec.
