It annoys me too. In some website you can't see the footer, read it and then click its links. It keeps disappearing while I scroll down as fast as I can (keyboard or mouse).
I am From south of France where there aren't many north Africans. In every shop I know I've never seen someone haggle. I don't haggle. My friends don't haggle. Ny neighbors don't haggle.
As a French civil servant I can say it doesn't fill our needs. We have difficulties to work with documents we receive sometimes created with LibreOffice, sometimes Microsoft Office. Documents are full of errors from bad imports and exports. I know many people loosing tons of time trying to fix the documents. An average French civil servant has many documents to write every month.
As a user I would love to agree but I can't. On a https website Chrome blocks additional JavaScript. Thus I don't see another way than having share button on the web page. Am I wrong?
OK they may not ship it. If I give money to them it is because I would like to have this kind of light at home one day. Best scenario: they ship it! Worse scenario: the world will have more experience trying to build these things.
I also think $5 is way too cheap for your ebook. OK I understand you don't want to turn a profit. But price is not only for you. It is also for the market. It is viewed by customers/users as a quality element. Low price = Ho! That's just a tiny ebook = Why should I care? (I bought it, looks very interesting)

Not "all" the data. Many datasets should not be shared. Good reasons include: a)security reasons b)ecology reasons (don't say where endangered species are) c)personal data d) current trial
