I used MT for years. Versions 4 and 5 had various problems, coincidental with various changes at the parent company, SixApart. (At one time they had three blogging products: Vox, TypePad, and MT.)
I've been searching for a suitable replacement ever since MT 4. I tried to switch to WordPress but hated it. Maybe just preferences, but I've never warmed to WP, in spite of trying each new version that launches.
I see that Byrne Reese, former SixApart employee and co-founder of the MT-based OpenMelody project, is now using Ghost.io for his blog. That's the system I'm testing now as well. (Have used Tumblr in the meantime, with some success.)
If your company has a BYOD policy, it should include the FYI that IT might wipe your device if you quit or get fired.
That's the bad news. The good news is this feature of Exchange also gives you the ability to remote wipe your personal device from Outlook Web Access (i.e. Exchange webmail) if it gets lost or stolen.
Great idea, well executed. Others have made good suggestions to make it better. I agree with those who have asked for more and more specific search options.
I first played Food Fight at a convenience store near my high school. Went back to class after lunch and tried to explain the game to a friend. When I was done he said something I've since called Smerek's Law (named after him): "You can't describe a video game without sounding like an idiot."
My daughter had a similar problem. She has no data plan on her iPhone and she found that texts from some friends seemed to be delayed. Messages were not being sent/received until she connected to Wi-Fi.
To fix, her friends who previously used iMessage to reach her had to start a new SMS conversation (or turn off iMessage entirely). If her friends just continued the conversations that started via iMessage, she could not get them via SMS.
