With proper maintenance it is best possible source of energy in that regions. It's shame "green deal" gained too much hype, proper/safe nuclear energy most sustainable way with good ROI.

Anyway, Rogozin bad manager with huge salary overexploiting Soviet tech, including lots of which created by Ukrainians at Yuzhmash and Yuzhnoye Design Office. Paying 500-700$/month to a professional engineer(based on region, mec. eng, electrical engineering, programmers) is outrageous.
Nix is a cool ecosystem but getting builds quite expensive on conventional CI/CD system. One can reduce costs by running custom Hydra CI instance but I would love it to be a bit better. Working with private stuff is a mess and requires deep knowledge of the system, hard for newcomers to pick up. Also, NixOps super cool extension to manage a fleet of instances.
I and companies I work with use a lot of Haskell on a backend. With Servant library one can build build type-safe REST APIs and generate types for different frontends. Take a look at https://haskellcosm.com I list there many companies that use it as backend and it's not a single case.
