I also thought EVs would be quieter but as they became more common in my street I noticed they’re only a little quieter than internal combustion cars from the moment they reach a certain speed (say 30km/h).
Most of the noise comes from the tire friction and aerodynamics.
Brussels has implemented a 30km/h default speed limit and it works. Our car journeys don’t take more time and it feels way safer to ride our bikes on mixed bike/car lanes
I really want to try fresh together with edgedb. Any chance a builtin authentication will be added soon? Or is there a recipe to implement something like auth0?
