If possible, switch companies. I supposedly work for that same company as you for 1.5y now and it's a nightmare compared to the companies I worked for before that.
I only stay because of exceptional salary and the fact that switching involves moving again. But it destroys my health and my life. As soon as I get promoted the next time I'm done with it.
