You don't subtract it though. Once you are used to it your brain just correlates 14 with 2 and 17 with 5 and 23 with 11 without thinking. In Norway, and I think in most of the 24-hour world, we still use the 12hr clock in speech. I don't go around saying that "the clock is quarter past fifteen", I say "quarter past three" and the context usually makes it clear when I'm talking about.
I have integrated this into my Home-Assistant setup. The speedtest runs every 30 minutes and logs to an influx-database. I also run a pingtest every minute, logging to the same database. Helped me identify some strage behaviour from my router in one case.
Considering that a 30 minute workout often incorporates, getting dressed (5 min), driving to the gym (20 min), working out (30 min), driving home (20 min), taking a shower (15 min), being so exhausted that the rest of the night is down the drain....
I have two kids, and have used the emergency care unit a couple of times throughout my life. Total cost $0 in care fees. (They are allowed to charge for stuff like bandages and such for non layovers, usually $5-$20 each visit).
We don't have health insurance, but some insurance companies have begun selling "treatment guarantee" which guarantees start of treatment typically within 14 days of injury. (For non life threatening ailments of course. Elbow pains, leg pains, such..) The best thing about those are that they are usually paid for by your employer because they want you back at work as soon as possible :D
(The premium is added to our income tax though)
Kids don't need to be exposed on the internet until they are able to decide themselves if they are okay with it. When that is is up to the parent. I always ask my 8-year old even before I share photos with her grandparents.
