I used to use Epson for this reason, but unless they've really polished their drivers I will be sticking with my HP. Yes, HP is more expensive and anti-consumer but when I want to print something it just works. My last Epson worked fine at first but soon got to the point that I needed to clean and reinstall the drivers nearly every time I wanted to print something.

If you can get one of those countertop convention ovens (typically marketed as an air fryer/toaster oven combo) you can do quite a bit of what an oven/range can do. I use mine more than my actual oven now, and with some creativity I could probably use it almost entirely if I didn't have a range.

I used to drive an old ratty Subaru Impreza which was at one point meant to become a racecar (it never did) so the previous owner had removed the key ignition system. Never had it stolen because in lieu of a key it used an obscure sequence of flipping unlabeled switches in a specific order (power, fuel, ignition, then crank) to get it to start. Security through obscurity!

All good ideas for general opsec, however the last one is moot if you're connecting to cell networks - tower connection and triangulation data is not local to your phone and is already relatively easy for police to access with a warrant.
