Most laws and regulations are in place for a reason. Usually what happens is that someone creates a situation where they impede on someone else's rights or well-being so the state decides that the best way to deal with the situation is to create a law. Additionally, they are created over hundreds of years. When you put laws on top of laws, we create a situation that seems bizarre if there's no background to help put the situation in perspective.

These guys think they can put together a set of laws that are perfect but they don't take into account that everyone in society has a point of view and rights so there are millions of perfect sets. This is to say that there is no perfect society unless the state forces the laws on everyone which defeats the whole point of starting a new society.
