Terma has said to danish media that they only developed the hardware, and had nothing to do with the software.

The software might have been outsourced to another company.

They don't mention it. And according to Tesla's financial report they sold 4900 Model-S in Q1 worldwide.

The same with Daimler/Mercedes. According to their Q1 results, they sold 16.000 S-class cars.

You assume way too much. I highly doubt that federal defendants are 10 times less likely to commit suicide than the general population in USA.

For me personally two is still waaay to low for it to be considered anything but a fluke.
