I want it be positive, but it’s a bit hard with this one. Do you expect the client to sit down and explain every detail? If they know how to do that, they wouldn’t be having messy code base as the one the post is describing.

And let’s say you’ve been hired, what happens after that? You think Claude.md file is sufficient to progress from that point?

The problem is real, but the solution is a fantasy.

> Asha Sharma, who recently took over as Xbox's chief executive, said in a note to staff it was "beginning the most significant restructure in Xbox history".

She makes it sound like an achievement

> The heat wave has prompted a renewed discussion about the lack of air-conditioning systems in homes and offices across much of Europe

Discussion, common sense requires discussion. All you need to know about them in one sentence.

There is an identity and address checks now in the UK.

Even banks are required to validate now, had my bank asking me to validate details even when i have my business for 6 years, same company, same address, and same bank account.

> Please read the study or at least the comments here before jumping to the conclusion. Yes, they used constructed resumes

Looks like you didn't read the paper. There are no resumes involved. It is about assessment games.

Misleading title the paper [0] does not mention any CV screening that might suggest racial or gender bias. It is purely about assessment tool. No AI or LLMs.

I'm not saying AI is not biased, but this study does not prove that.

From the paper:

> Fig. 1. The pymetrics process. > Stage 1: Applicants apply to positions. > Stage 2: Applicants are directed to the pymetrics platform to play assessment games. > Stage 3: pymetrics algorithms use applicant gameplay features to recommend 58.2% of applicants per position on average. > Stage 4: Employers decide which applicants to interview or hire, typically rejecting applicants that were not recommended by pymetrics.

Traditional OCR is faster, cheaper, and much more reliable than LLMs

still a large percentage.

OCR has been solved long time ago with vision models. Solutions are consistent, reliable, and stable. What is the point of reinventing the wheel?

I would definitely understand post processing, like extracting data, answering question .. etc, but why re-doing the OCR engine itself?

Also pricing, I wanted to give a try, but when pricing is only 30% cheaper than Opus, I wouldn't go for it with these issues.

Note to the marketing team, 55% of internet traffic is from mobile [0]. Would be nice to include mobile view for these websites. All videos are showing websites on desktop.

AI has changed the build for sure, it is a lot easier to build now, a lot easier to practice multiple copywriting ideas, do market research ... etc.

There is something that will never change for being a founder, you need to sell, and for that you need network and credibility. It was never about the building, its all about the selling. AI has not changed that.

This is a great initiative. But it should apply to job boards and publishers too, asking the posting company to provide evidence. There is another issue which is fake jobs used to harvest CVs. LinkedIn and Google for jobs have a lot of these too.

Good start nevertheless

It will clearer soon after the api pricing model enforced on enterprise accounts.

I suspect this will soon follow and no fixed subscription model, which will enforce companies/developers to be moderate and thoughtful when using AI. Also I think Microsoft will do the same for copilot
