That's the same thing as pricing in dollars. If you haven't noticed, Bitcoin is as valuable as the usd/btc pair. It's why every bitcoiner knows what the price of Bitcoin is every day.

That I get. Habitus is important. But, here, there was no transmission of habitus, due to the online courses.

I use ledger. I wrote my own journal makefile, and reporting system using ruby. I may switch to hledger next year.
