I found Modern C[1][2] to have more practical advice and much more detail than this book.

x86-64: https://gitlab.com/x86-psABIs/x86-64-ABI (go to most recent CI job and download artifacts for a compiled PDF)

There are pre-built PDFs on the GitLab repo, but they're pretty well buried. If you view a CI job you can download the generated artifacts.
