So much eye rolling. It's a mixture of some common sense, some bad suggestions (such as this one), and a couple of mandates such as "It is highly recommended to avoid UDFs in all situations" rather than providing any real guidance.
They're all different and display different characteristics,have differing needs and have different mental health issues. Child 1 is about 2 years behind their peers educationally and socially, Child 2 is on par.
There's so much wrong with this picture. It's also an alarming trend where organisations are singling out employees for blame (also thinking VW). Were they entirely to blame? Did management put them under pressure to deliver quickly? Were they correctly trained?
Also, this kind of pokes massive holes in their DR processes!
I'd say it's worth defining a line between IP and copyright. If you can reapply a technique without giving away the companies methods then you should be okay. But get someone who understands legalise to advise.
