> At Apple, our teams are constantly developing breakthrough technologies

I sure hope they weren't referring to Siri here

>Delegation for deeper work

Except that you can't actually delegate since connectors and tools are not supported.

Cool, just 20 years too late.

So then, why have the junior engineer in the first place?

> It's also good to act as an agent orchestrator.

Any chance you would elaborate?

Seems rather random though that it's #1. Fable had way more upvotes.

I feel like OP is still in the year 2025.

> The AI will have gone off the rails multiple times and you will only notice it later when you actually try to use the software.

Except that said AI can now themselves use your software and find and fix bugs themselves, not to mention drive new features.

>Your agent might go “off the rails” and start doing something you don’t want it to do

This happens but far less often than it used to, and the case for full autonomous agents is getting stronger, not weaker.

>It is humanly impossible to build your own understanding of a codebase

This again feels outdated. I think we're mving towards humans no longer needing to understand a codebase, and letting AI drive it.

so I don't bloat my system with random software that require maintenance and are a potential attack vector?

Why do I need this when I can use a coding agent to do it for me?

So basically... openrouter?

Aside from entertainment/marketing purposes, I think UI will become useless. Why should I interact with UI when an agent can (and will) interact with it?

I wonder if every future announcement will be met with this criticism. Like, what's the point if they'll ban it in a few days.

do you mean by commanding a browser? or using APIs?

I guess Openclaw can update their docs once again.
