The article is about biological differences in the brain not everywhere else and it's unlikely brain wiring is specific to genders. Brains are adaptive sensory fusion organs and if there were any gender differences it would not be because of the brain but hormonal profiles. Furthermore, the starting point of all humans is female, that's why men have nipples so even men start with "female" brains.
That's not what has happened. The coins are now owned by India Covid Relief fund and they can sell it however they want. Crashing the price would be against their interests since the whole point is to use the money for a humanitarian cause.
