Thank you so much for the thoughtful explanation. Honestly from what I can tell, Laravel is the most popular with remote devs and dev shops. So I think I will end up going with that for now.

I meant to say is it hard to switch an Deleware LLC to a Deleware C-corp ? I had it reversed. Apologies guys. Reason for the change is because I want to start boot strapped and then eventually raise money but I dont think I am going to raise money for at least a year maybe 1 1/2 years.
