But all the tropes are lifted straight from 80's action flicks with some irony thrown in so it's not surprising that they appear in a lot of these throwbacks.
Agreed, I was expecting this to be about late night/weekend calls of "everythings broken! help!". I don't know how you'd say you charge extra for normal office hours.
I was a huge fan of Loom too. There really aren't that many original and creative worlds in games and Loom definitely had one. Planescape Torment is another good example.
It's been "next gen" for decades. It's just a terribly inefficient brute-force approach to lighting a scene. I don't think it'll ever be viable for real-time graphics.
I don't think they've really added that many new features(visible to users) to Chrome. I've been using it since it came out and it still looks the same and I use the same features I used to. Maybe I'm wrong and just missed them since they were added so slowly. I guess the Dev Tools have been improved?
This actually sounds terrible for their customers then! I guess they'll come back as one of those crappy GoDaddy add-ons they try to push on you for five pages before you can finish paying.
Most game investors these days are mostly looking for free to play games that have a business plan beyond selling copies in (digital stores). He's very against that type of games and games as businesses instead of artform in general.
Not just any audio but known audio. Finding known video is something they can do already too. That's why some people upload clips from their favorite shows and flip them horizontally to avoid automatic detection. Think of it like a hash for the audio/video portion. Pretty easy to check if it's in the database.
You're making the assumption that the bottom of the 1% and the top of the 1% have the same amount of wealth which is completely wrong. Nice superiority complex though. The $35k number is for the #70,000,000th wealthiest person.
According to your claim there would be 70 million millionaires in the world. Sanity check there?
Especially since I think coffee for me is mostly a placebo. I know when I drink coffee I'm supposed to be more awake so there's no way I could take a nap after drinking one.
