Have you considered employing them as remote workers ? You will not have problems with timezone/office-hours if you employ in EU countries and moving can be a problem for some people.
Interresting project but i'm wondering how can we keep control of these plants and prevent them to reproduce themselves (or infect other plants) ?

Hi, when i was in training some time ago, my IT manager was totally blind and use a braille tablet to read its screen. Characters was translated into braille and 'printed' to it's tablet. He has no need for a screen and use a regular keyboard. He also use a screen reader app for emails, internet and documents.
I like your landing page, because it's simple and your video explain what your service do pretty well.
After viewing the video, i still have two questions unanswered:
- Does my friend i need to ask about a product need to have an account on this site ?
- Does it cost anything or it's just free (aka: what do i need to pay if i want to use your service ?)
Another thing that blocked me: on the video, your product's UI seems very simple, but after going to your blog and followed a link, i was on this page and it's seemed more complicated than on the video: [Spotify list](http://helishopter.com/jamespember/spotify/spotifypremium12m...). For example, what are all these spotify icons ?

Try to make the data anonymous when possible (remove from log file all potential personnal data, not needed by your data process). If usernames are kept and can contain personnal data, if you don't need these data, remove them from log file.
Log only valuable data you need and only for the amout of time you need them.

I suggest you to read this book: The Lean Startup. It explain how to drive your startup using tests and how to validate your strategy or change it. They are many examples of successful business who has changed their strategy many times before getting successful.
