Well, it seems like all they can afford is young recent grads who don't mind working for $30/hour, pre-tax, without any benefits. And they will nick-and-dime you over the hours worked. Look at Glassdoor, you will see accounts of people who were in the "trial period" and didn't get paid at all for their work.
If you live anywhere that resembles a developed country, you can make more money by delivering food with Uber than writing code. And it will be less stressful too, because you won't have to deal with their shitty codebase.
