I really like this project too! But i think there is some misunderstanding between pb users and creator. As far as I understand creator making it as complete backend solution and users should write all backend by extending pb.
But a lot of user (including me) use pb as database layer only, not as backend. I still write my backend on my project and pb is just like database as a service for me. And much happier than using it as only backend.
After all this drama, it feels like WordPress has reached its peak and is now starting its decline. Of course, it will take years, and the process may be volatile, but the overall trend will likely be downward.
I don't understand why google play really bad about developer relations. indie developers can't memorize everything in 100s pages of policies/rules etc. it's not hard to warn "don't do this" and ban accounts forever if repeatedly doing same thing.
you are already using AI for banning accounts, so it shouldn't cause any more resource, just small adjustments.
yeah I am pretty sure no cloud provider thinks people who can willing to spend small money. but guess what? if one of my projects start earning money, then I will continue to what I know best :) I think that's why every cloud provider still has configs for couple of $
the biggest reason of I am not using aws, google cloud, vercel etc... for my personal projects is surprise bills. I am not earning anything from them so I can only put $50 but can't afford $500 or $5000. so still i will feel much more secure if I can put hard limit and absolutely sure my bill will never go above $50. (or cloud billing insurance :))
I heard similar things from different people, so looks like it's not everyones taste. But you are right about arc's help is basically not working anymore.
Actually somehow Safari has fastest load times, it just feel faster than anything. But man, I think it has ugliest UI :( I want to use Safari inside arc UI
I wish all browsers has first class vertical tabs support and split view. I am really tired of resource hog, unstable arc. Want to return back to traditional browsers but they are not supporting vertical tabs like arc did. And arc turn its face to AI instead of stability (I guess) because of investors.
I have similar feelings about Arc becoming so tied with AI and that scraping data without showing websites is wrong for internet soul. Feels uncomfortable.
But, so sad that other browsers never put effort on making browser sidebar :( I first enjoyed it with Edge browser but then Arc came and sidebar is incredible. I can't switch to any other browser because of that, I hope they all implement similar (or better) sidebars.
well, he probably would get less than 5%, so I don't think effect the elections much. but the main candidate KK supporters was blaming that guy about: if they lose elections against erdogan, it will be because of that guy.
so now, they can get full responsibility if they lose against erdogan :) but if KK wants to take any responsibility he shouldn't be candidate. he already lost 8 elections against erdogan...
