Thank you for your kind words and interest in my app!

My app uses the CoreData framework to store all the data locally on the device, and iCloud to sync and backup the data securely. The data can only be accessed from your own Apple account, and you can choose to share it with others if you want to.

I hope this reassures you that my app is privacy-friendly. If you have any other questions or feedback, please let me know. I appreciate it!

It is simple: - keep writing down ideas - Do not stop. If you stop for 10 seconds, the app will quit without saving your ideas. - After you keep writing for 2 mins, you can export the ideas to a file.

I should've written a comment explaining it. Haha.

How it works: - Choose a prompt or enter your own. - Start writing down ideas. - Keep writing for 2 minutes. Or you will lose what you wrote. - Export your ideas to a text file.

I did have the same problem when I was having 5+ pots (250ml / pot) of coffee everyday. Then I reduce my intake to 1 cup, and I only drink before noon, then everything became fine.

You were probably looking for some doses of dopamine from short form contents like Twitter or TikTok. You can google "dopamine detox"and try it. It worked for me.

> when I get some free time I get anxious about having to use this time wisely and productively and end up not doing anything.

I had this problem too. You can try what I did, which is to play more. Preferably outdoor and with friends.

> Perhaps a better project is one where the app doesn't start with "you suck, now sign up and you won't suck as much".

No you are not being unfair. You are being inspiring indeed!

My niece came to visit me about 3 years ago during her spring break; she was about 10 years old.

On a sunny afternoon, I was taking a walk around my house. Suddenly, she and her little brother jumped into me and excitedly showed me the "treasures" she had collected around the neighborhood.

The "treasures" turned out to be just a bunch of metal screws of various kinds that the construction workers left all over the place. I laughed so hard and poked fun at them. "These are no treasures, and treasures should be things that are scarce or extremely expensive, like diamonds or gems.", I said. They didn't seem to care. And they kept explaining to me the wonder of the screws. Being impatient, I tried to send them away by telling them they should try other parts of the area.

They left with big smiles.

Thinking about this, I am not sure if I was launching at them or if I am the one who should be laughed at.

"If you aren't bored, you aren't boring." I really love this advice. Thank you.

As we grow older, we tend to do things with intentions. We want to make the best use of our time and be productive. However, what we often need is not to keep the mind engaged. We need to relax and play. One thing I found helpful is to think of some outdoor games or activities you used to enjoy in childhood, then do it without purposes in mind. Just for the sake of doing it.

Haha, good one, but we should never give up, and keep trying ;)

Hello blogq, please don't worry, we did not use anything to track datas, not even Google Analysis. We just wanted to show the thing we just built, and gather honest feedbacks.

For the email sign-in, it is because that, we would like to use the "password-less" approach like Slack did, in order to avoid the hustle of creating and remembering passwords for the users.

We hate spamming ourselves, we respect people's privacy, so we promise we won't do anything spamming with your email. :)
