-> Employees switch within 2-3 years. (2 years being the industry average)

-> Most don't even live 1 whole rotation cycle.

-> But they do create substantial dependencies on themselves.

[I] For a given employee:

1. Identify dependency areas (using Jira, Github/Lab, Slack etc)

2. Use LLMs to create documentation on #1

3. Get #2 verified by the given employee

[II] For a manager:

1. Dependency score to monitor/track the uncovered dependency of each employee

2. Control to artificially accelerate [I](#2 + #3)

How about create a system for constant brain dump and make it accessible.

Can LLMs help do it?

-> ideally yes, but gets very difficult to practice rotation in reality.

employee's perspective: good engineers want to specialise, to gain deeper knowledge, hence resist it (Tradeoff: Expertise vs Breadth)

management's perspective: rotation doesn't work as most companies operate in resource + time crunch, ain't viable to have everyone start from 0 and work on different services (Tradeoff: Speed vs Sustainability)

"Knowledge transfer should be an ongoing thing"

How to make this happen? Any software?

Interesting! What more hacks you got?

There are many such low hanging hacks which I wish my camera guided me for or automatically did it for me.

I face the exact same issue.

Have you done something to solve this issue? ex- Use some app?

Haha! I face the exact same issue.

But I can see differences between pictures (I like) vs pictures (everyone likes)

Have you done something to solve this issue? Learn the skill/use some apps?

bad framing, no posing, bad distance/angle -> I wish there was a way my phone camera guided me for this.

I can even spot most of my pics as unappetising. But can't do much to fix it.

Just feel that there are infinite possibilities to take this pic.

Why not my phone camera guide me to take the best pic? Why has no company done this?

I feel there is too much focus on editing and very less tools/apps for actual picture taking.

Why do you think it is so?

Don't you think taking good pictures in the first place will solve a lot of problems?

What have you done presently to solve this issue?

Any app that does this job presently?

That's great!

What is the Organic / [Reach out + Convince] Split in the 20 signups?

For Organic -> From any outbound Links or Google?

For Push -> What do you think convinced them the most?

Since it will take a long time for organisations to realise the benefits for a long term product like this:

A. How do you(or did you) plan to launch the MVP and get the feedback loop running?

B. How do you market/sell this? (is fun > boring enough moat for say businesses?)
