That's not SPAs problem, that's your company specific problem. It is always painful to migrate. You need to re-wire the logic, change the shoes in the air.
the same as you would deal with any serious addiction. You need to treat it seriously. Make a plan, take a wow or swear an oath whatever works for you. Important not to be too tough, but not to give up. In case of quitting smoking no one succeeds if they quit gradually, so I imagine an oath to quit all news and social sites would be a good start.
