We've recently noticed some comments on HN from purported Stripe employees labeling us as a fraudulent business and accusing us of exaggerating our situation on social media. I want to set the record straight: we are not fraudsters, we are entrepreneurs.
We're not here to stir up drama or spread misinformation, but to seek help. Unfortunately, most of our interactions with Stripe's customer support have been met with automated responses, which haven't addressed our specific concerns.
We're hoping to connect with someone within Stripe who can provide more personalized attention to our situation or others who have encountered similar difficulties and found solutions.
