The modern recruitment process is still extremely inefficient and relies on biased cvs (yes, LinkedIn is just a digital form of a cv) that do not accurately represent a candidate. It is clear to me that acquiring meaningful experience in the early stages of your career is a hair on fire problem for students and young professionals.

My question is what hair on fire problem do businesses face when growing their teams (if any)?

My initial thought was finding talent with a culture fit, but in hindsight realised that culture fit is more of urban myth than an actual reality.

Any thoughts ?
