Short answer: yes, we will see another financial crisis. Probably in fall 2020. In terms of economic cycle, covid was just bad luck and did not lead to corrections - on the contrary.
To make myself eligible for some precog society I say we will see a major downturn worldwide in Oct 2020.
Infamously, German minister of defense von der Leyen channelled large sums of money to facilitate nobody knows what. This borderline corruption has been subject to investigation, which unfortunately did not got the attention it should have - because she was promoted away to the EU where she is just doing more of the same.
Also: Germany is way behind in information infra, which is just painful to watch.
