I won't support vicious widgets in the 2.x releases, but I should definitely add support for it in the release/1.4 branch that follows AwesomeWM master/4.4. Not that I think vicious widgets are the best, but technically if it runs on AwesomeWM, I should support it in 1.4.
Plug still gets the job done imo. But I'm also hopeful that since this one is builtin to the language it'll likely be end-game worthy for lots of users. I have tried it out and had a painless experience though I never did anything fancy like lazy offered.
Emacs users have all the fun. And just like eve online or dwarf fortress, I can't seem to get fully into them myself, but I love reading stories about it.
Would you mind giving a little more info on what you're getting Jules to work on? I tried it out a couple times but I think I was asking for too large a task and it ended up being pretty bad, all things considered.
I tried to get it to add some new REST endpoints that follow the same pattern as the other 100 we have, 5 CRUD endpoints. It failed pretty badly, which may just be an indictment on our codebase...
