That is only a negative if you believe that net intelligence is going down due to this level of increase of "easy of use" technology. I agree with you that it is bad for the avg person today, but for the smartest person, things are better.

Definitely believe we are reaching some sort of global maxima in terms of intelligence in our current structure of society

Meta famously used libgen to train, right? That is basically a source for all copyrighted textbooks and more.

I guess it depends.

They can be competent enough to cook meals in a controlled environment: (environment built for machines and specific dishes), without ever being able to replicate the same in a human restaurant.

There are a few companies that do robotic cooking, and it has its challenges due to the above reason. I am not aware of the cost problem though.

How cool would it be if this replaced someone at Subway though

Makes sense. In Zoo tycoon, these fuckers kept breeding like no one's business.

I think it is more about going backwards. It is often difficult to remove laws than to add them. This is a similar situation.

In this situation, I agree that it is bad day for personal privacy/security

I mean, what do you expect from AI generated responses LOL. It is literally from some BS article from some dude who has never been a successful Product Manager.

I think its a funny website to browse and say "haha", but nothing more.

Lol, literally calling an ad by meta not an ad. If they do it for Meta, the next logical step. This is from the same company that wanted to create official bots that would post, comment, react. Meta at this point is just throwing shit at the wall and hoping something sticks as a product. I am not afraid of my data being stolen, but it is a wake up call for what to expect.

I've never used Kubernetes in my life before, and I was able to beat the AI benchmark. Neat tool/game, made me learn some super basic kubernetes cli lol
