How did you survive (Pay for rent / home, food, etc) when you began your startup's journey?

Did you work a part time job or contracting gig while building your startup as well?

Did you work full time and build your startup on the side?

Did you live off savings / personal capital and bootstrap?

I don't pay rent, own property and spend very little, but yes I do 'live' off savings - its just not really making a dent for me. I wouldn't do it otherwise.
