“Larger, more expensive turbine catches more wind”

FTA: “the system is over three times as tall as an average wind turbine”, and it doesn’t start near the ground as a single pole, so larger, it certainly is. The “more expensive” part is my guesstimate.

I would also guess that removing the near-ground turbines from this device is a net win if you look at dollars/MWh.
