Good article! Happy to see that fixing this privacy annoyance is pretty simple.
I will note once you hide them - you can never unhide it.
I blurred our house years ago but we recently moved and I tried repeatedly to contact Google to unblur it to no avail. Sorry new home owners for the blur!!
