I've got SMS allegedly from Apple, with next link, but it looks weird for me (SSL certificate looks odd), is this link legitimate?

Does it seam reasonable that Apple a multi-billion dollar company would choose to contact you via SMS and send you to a .support TLD rather than say use iMessage or your proper email address and an apple.com or at worst a .apple TDL?
