Ask HN: Is there a website for bounties to create custom hardware designed?

I have been thinking for a long time that I really want a custom built smart powerboard. The exact kind of device that I want doesn't really seem to exist.

Is there a site that I can say "somebody make this", kind of like a reverse Kickstarter?

I would happily put forward a few hundred dollars to get a design made for me.

For those who might be interested, I would really love to have a power strip that has:

* Ethernet port or RS232 for communication

* USB charging cables for two devices

* 6 female Australian power plugs (AS/NZS 3112)

* 4 female jug plugs (IEC C13)

* Current monitoring on all the sockets/usb ports

* Relays to stop power to individual plugs

Something that works with Tasmota would be ideal.
