I have created a tool to help content creators manage their collaboration offers. It is called Gigbox.
It is a link in bio for collaborations, meaning that users get their own URL link which will show a form for new collaborators to use to make them a request.
From the dashboard users have a clean view of the status of their collaborations displayed in kanban-style.
