Why can’t these data centers use cooling towers and recirculate water? Especially in a new construction.
It is old news while in the capital they were if their water supplied by the "Santa Lucia" river in the rest of the country was dedicated to drilling water wells, I have stated that the Google project in Uruguay has been greatly slowed down due to the candiad of demanding portable water. But everything has now returned to normal and the rains are causing floods as usual.
Wasn't this the plot of Quantum of Solace?
