Do you know anyone who needs a remote work monitoring system?
What are the pros and cons? If you need to, you can leave your contact information.

Creepy.
If you hire functional adults they will behave like functional adults.

You want to monitor people in their homes?
I'm in favor of remote workers monitoring under one unnegotiable term: the same monitoring is applied also to people in the office. Spending 60 mins of company time on small talk and four espressos in the kitchen? Sure, I'll prepare some dinner at home in 60 mins if that's the case.
Is "small talk and four espressos in the kitchen" team building and "prepare some dinner at home" home making ?
Yes. One of them allows me to spend more time with my family and kids in the afternoon. Fun fact, I never speak with members of my team in the kitchen, always someone outside, since we speak so much when actually working. Teambuilding happens when I'm working in the team.
Some misunderstanding.
I thought "small talk and four espressos in the kitchen" referred to an at-the-office kitchen in-contrast to "prepare some dinner at home".
