Hi there,
Your ticket about jadopado was responded to within a couple of minutes of it being raised - can you write into us again with the details of the output from https://news.ycombinator.com/cdn-cgi/trace please?
Cheers

This is not a support forum for cloudflare! Please don't create threads like these here.
Is it me or is Hackernews increasingly becoming a sounding board for Cloudflare. Seriously this company has a disproportionate share of news on this site. Whether its their marketing department who routinely uses it a promotional vehicle or people like this person who is so clueless as to think that this is a support forum for the company. Its really tiresome.
FWIW, we're on a paid plan, too, and haven't (yet?) seen this issue.
Thanks for letting us know.
It looks like an issue with an SSL cert issued to the ssl2000.cloudflare.com domain and the Common Name on the certificate coming up as being invalid. http://imgur.com/r56WxXd
Both Hacker News and Reddit are intermittently displaying the same issue.
A somewhat delayed impact of turning on Universal SSL last week?
Ticket raised, but it doesn't look like anyone is awake over at Cloudflare at the moment. We've been forced to bypass their network as a solution versus losing sales.
