I was in Manila last month, didn't see any electric vehicles.
The jeepney isnt exactly enviroment friendly, but it gets the job done and is easy to repair/maintain. Thats where the focus is in that kind of economy.
The 4Kw limit should be on the infeed and not the solar panel capacity.
You could put 10Kw worth of panels up just limit the output to 4Kw. Now you have a more stable 4Kw feed.
Its making the price higher because you know people are dependent on your product, well beyond a reasonable profit.
I think 10x the price in other countries hints a bit to predatory pricing.
I ran UBQT hardware with mikrotik router and third party firewall. UBQT replaced old frankenstein hardware that had the worst channel management etc.
Everything got so much better, customers issues dropped to almost zero (sometimes was hundreds of issues a day)
We always had other vendor for part of the network, and that had no impact.
Yes its heavier.
They would have to keep the water moving or for heavy winters have it drained. Also possible to have a liquid in there with much lower freezing point like you said.
The problem I think is that when the panels need cooling the most the system to disperse the heat to would need to be huge, because you just have a large surface heating up water fast and you don't want the house floor to heat up and your water tank for showering is already at max temp. Also gotta be careful not to evaporate the pool.
The people who make the timeline have to make it seem like the completion is sooner than others, deals are made on that assumption.
But when building you have so many different workers, and if the foundation can't be laid because of bad weather then you can't have the plumber come in the week after. This plumber then can't reschedule to the desired date so it gets pushed back.
You make a budget but then one of suppliers drops out, so you find a new one that can do the job on such short notice but you pay the price for that.
Also You always make the budget as tight as possible so that it is very attractive, but there are clauses so you know you can go over budget in certain ways.
I like that idea, a bubble has small bubbles inside. All of them growing, but one inside it is growing more, and it "eats" the others until it consumes the bubble it is in, and then it pops and all matter starts moving from center outwards.
Now we need to find some way to prove this is real.
