Those sandwiches were one of my favorite parts of visiting Spain. I could eat a bocadillo mixto every single day for lunch so I am not surprised it is part of Spanish culture to do so. Those breads/baguettes that every Spanish cafe seems to have was so incredibly delicious. Also, during my visit, I learned how amazing tostada con tomate y aceite is - I woke up and ate it literally every single day of my 2 week visit.
I'm really sad that I don't know how to get that amazing bread in America. Do you happen to know of a way?
