The world has bombarded us with the 'work on what you are passionate about and you'll never work a day' idea. They don't tell us what 'passion' is and how to 'develop' it.
One should start to focus on their only/various interests. These slight interests are either innate or are a product of their environment. Either way, one should try to spend some time on them, get better. Then after reaching a certain skill level by incremental improvement and incremental +ve feedback, this interest will convert into a 'passion'.
