When I got my first SSD over a year ago, I bought a 250gb OCZ Agility 3 drive. Not knowing about the very high drive failure rate. It died last week, completely without warning.

Bought a Samsung SSD to replace it.

We use Jira.

It includes - user time tracking, bug reporting, you can create Epic issues and add sub-tasks under them. All very useful.

You can also get FishEye to integrate SVN info.

I've just switch to Sublime after using Notepad++ for front end web dev stuff, it's beautiful. Combined with the Zen Coding plugin and various snippets it's dead handy.
