I skimmed what you said, software needs a lot of enthusiasm. With that said, the brutal honesty is this. Build useful software and the rest will follow, this ai coding is open source software on steroids, though there may be a paid subscription to an ai that your getting this excitement from. Over time excitement fades, because its one error that needs fixing that went kerplunk, because the ai tries but programming know-how is at the conundrum of getting things done, or shape vibe statements to the extent of from idea to implementation complete and then some. The fact that you admit you dont know how to code, and many say this in a new wave of users is, so your honesty is the brutal cold, when others cut their britches learning how to code for years formally at colleges and universities that cost a lot of money is quite bitter now that, hey, look what I can do, I can't code, but I can write paragraphs of text to write code I dont comprehend is like, someone who can drive a car as far as how to safely operate the vehicle such as what a driver license is intended to indicate, its a big so what. Though this is on a massive global scale, so economies are such that enthusiasm rises while oligrachicaly use of AI may get a few diamonds of eagerness to income. This simply takes of an enthusiastic vibe coder. The questions of what is occurring in software, why, and who benefits endeavors. I ask the question of myself, what of me is to happen being that I've tried for quite some time to find work in the software industry to find the coldness of the industry that seems to be an oligarchical extent of chaos. Ask yourself this, what do lawyers do to their profession to profit and keep prices sufficient and why. What do doctors, nurses do, or for that matter any profession and why. Then ask yourself, what do software professionals do, or are doing, or are being getting it done to them, and why. Still looking for work here, where's the greatness for me too. The silently eager, enthused, and educated await the answer.

I try not to panic code as my mindset mantra because keeping a good work-life balance is great to preventing the stress from better, faster, more senario.

I totally agree with you. I think the latest push from the oligarchy of the solo ai pressure adds to the isolation and their dominance. The solo entrepreneur developer needs to network, more than ever.

Writing code is expensive. Maintaining code is expensive. Whatever way, it ain't cheap.

I like to code then when I resolved the solution to its completeness, I then know what to ask an llm to provide a solution to the same problem. This sometimes provides a different approach to the solution, other times, it provides variations to my solution thus improving upon my solid code solution.

I vibe code, then if I need another feature, I'll prompt it to do so, neat.

It's that they ask too much of their cookie cutter mold. Too much weight, nope, too old, nope, etc.

I find its not available unless your name is plastered over America like a Musk or whatever the oligarchy status quo media is dealing or pushing as their agendas and talking points.

Of Books: It's almost out of a James Bond movie that books of quality code from books aren't considered anymore (the hype being llm output) because as if its a American rival, e.g. Chinese, plot to remove the American expert as the book author of the containers of such programming knowledge.

After all, China owes America for saving it from 1960s 1970s famine and lack of jobs because of its oligarchical status quo at the time. Sadly, America is now in its own form of oligarchical status quo and may need the saving that China was afforded to.

Code maintainability and readability: I code by the mantra of can this be read and understood 6 months from now and quickly be modified, added to, and improved upon.

When a company has monopolistic practices, its products ride their anticompetiveness to majority market share by force of their dominance. The result is the Netscapeification of anything that competes with any monopoly. A monopoly anticompetitiveness needs to be dealt with powerfully by Congress to increase competition. Though the lobbyists of these anticompetitive companies and the billions deployed from the lobbying companies effectively is a significant detriment to competitors, healthy competition, and always in many subtle, loss of innovation ways, the consumer. This is the tip of the iceberg for anyone in competition to the oligarchical status quo that is in effect, and detrimenting the consumer in multitude ways that you are not comprehending.

I would buy a new phone if the new phones storage and memory were twice the amount, so a 2TB and 24GB ram. The camera should be a great improvement also.
