Why are you saying unbounded when the discussion is about court proceedings and convictions? There is a clear and consistent boundary here, no one is asking for search logs and round the clock surveillance.
Biden and Obama appointees ruling against the admin, probably to be overturned by republican nominated judges. Have judges gotten more partisan recently or has it always been like this.

I feel like scientists should be explaining to us how the world is, and then other people should use those explanations to try and improve it.
Right now I feel like there are a scientists who would hide or discard results if they contradicted their advocacy beliefs,which is a dangerous place to be imo.
It is 100% allowed, I just don't think it's really helpful or beneficial for them or society

The cdc for example saying it's ok to disregard their previous guidance in order to protest for black lives matter is one of these credibility damaging moments that is hard to undo.

Probably since about early 1990s. Maybe I should say civic nationalism instead of multiculturalism but I think most liberals would reject the idea that ethnicity or heritage were important in determining nationality.
This is a big conflict in modern liberalism and democracy. If the british people vote for an ethnostate what are we supposed to do. subvert multicultural ideas? or subvert democracy?
One of the core tenets of liberalism is that multi cultural societies and nations are just as good as mono cultural ones. what are you trying to imply here with the africa and middle eastern examples
