I purchased a standing desk (Uplift ~60in * 30in) and couldn't be happier with the purchase.
Main benefits is that I can actually adjust the height of my table to be actually ergonomic. My chair + table + monitors are all set right. I stand around 2-3 hours a day and that helps a lot.
This was an expensive purchase for me (Esp for a table) but well well worth the price.
