In my opinion one the coolest new things to come to Ableton Live 12, and I hadn't even heard about it until stumbling on it by browsing through some comments.
Extremely well designed and crafted devices for live performance, but also many other use cases.
It looks quite different on mobile here (both Chrome and Firefox) than on desktop. It's way better on desktop, on mobile quite chaotic and doesn't seem to follow the actual Game of Life rules.
