Commit hooks just don't make that much sense. Push hooks are much better idea. Once you're done with all your work, linting, last minute adjustments and whatnot, push it and get the checks result. If something goes wrong, your push is blocked.
IMHO the ergonomics of their tooling are not great. I'd rather use Codex or even OpenCode.
Configuration alone is very arcane with lacking documentation. Sandboxing/permission system is quite confusing too.
In any case, pretty much everywhere in the developed world, we desperately need lower burden on people's labour (through salary income tax and related contributions). If wealth tax is a way to get there, so be it.
It was the same in communist Poland. You were not allowed to be a lefty -- all the citizens had to be homogenous. My father was born a lefty and forced to write with his right hand in primary school. He ended up learning how to write upside down too, just for fun.
Don't worry, wealthy people manage fine in Germany and multiply their capital.
It's just a glass ceiling on a middle class.
