Hi! I'm a Product Manager (3-year experience), with a background in Machine Learning and Deep Learning (former engineer).
Most comfortable with technical topics (think of me as a product-y software engineer), I've coded quite a bit as a PM (contributing to production repos, as well as crafting notebooks/ML tasks with DB queries for product analysis). I've got a good eye for design, and I'm happy building mockups in Figma as well. I'm a 0-1, hands-on type of PM, prefer small companies to large orgs.
Spent the bulk of my career in healthcare/life sciences and creative/entertainment industries. Happy to explore other fields than health this time; not interested in finance/insurance positions.

Résumé: Hi! I'm a Technical Product Manager (3-year experience), with a background in ML (1 1/2-year experience, plus a couple of internships in Deep Learning).
I've got a very horizontal skillet — in that I'm equally happy to read ML papers, design components in Figma, run UX tests with users or write a bit of code. I'm a 0-1, hands-on type of PM, most comfortable crafting things and working in small organisations where having multiple roles is valuable.
I launched several features from scratch (while coding and designing a good chunk), including one that started as a pilot and became a major feature within the core product, leading to a publication in a top-tier academic journal. Led my own small team within the Product department and multiple squads.
Spent the bulk of my career in healthcare/life sciences and creative/entertainment industries. Currently under a (negotiable) non-compete agreement that prevents me from working in healthcare for 18 months, but happy to explore other fields as well. Not interested in a finance/insurance position.
Technologies: the usual Product stack, design & creatives suites (Figma, Photoshop), Python (eager to learn more languages) for ML (sklearn, PyTorch), analytics (Jupyter, Pandas and the usual stat libs) or web frameworks (Django), Docker.
Connex question: as an EU national trying to relocate to the UK, has anyone been able to obtain Tier 2 visa sponsorship post-Brexit? What’s the market looking like for skilled European immigrants? Anyone willing to share their experience — either as a recruiter or recruitee?
Résumé: I am a Product Manager with an ML background (2 M.Sc. from top unis).
3+ year experience as a PM, launched several products from scratch (while coding and designing a good chunk) with clinically-significant results (one leading to a publication in a leading academic journal).
Enjoys crafting products, operates fairly easily in start-ups, where everything's ramping up and everyone needs to roll up their sleeves to do a variety of things by themselves.
Spent the bulk of my career in life-sci, healthcare-related fields, but due non-compete clauses, I will not be able to operate in such fields for 18 months after current position. Possesses significant first-hand experience in creative/entertainment/live event industries.
