Thanks for taking out the time to look into the template and sharing your feedback. Appreciated.

Having said this, that's just a demo template and users can tweak and configure the template as they deem fit.

- An outreach planner composed in a single html file. Data can be exported to, and imported from, a JSON that can be passed to the LLM for enrichment. https://kashifaziz.me/outreach-planner/

- An analysis pipeline that takes data from D1 (storing user searches), Posthog and Clicky (analytics) to periodically generate user journey reports.

- halalcodecheck.com - a database of emulsifier codes and food ingredients. Building this with the goal to help consumer verify and find alterantives of food ingredients across US, EU / UK and Asia.

Working on halalcodecheck.com - a platform to verify food ingredients. Something that started as a tool to scan or upload product labels to verify ingredients has now transformed into a repository of brands, food types, and guides covering major accreditation bodies in the US, UK, Canada etc.

In April, the site receievd 3,500 clicks from Google - 7× growth month-on-month. Cited by ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.

Working as a solo founder, some of the stuff I shipped last month:

⤷ Launched a seasonal gifting vertical - new revenue surface, new content format, reusable template for future occasion launches

⤷ Audited verdicts for all brands and food items, incorporating data from various authentic sources and official accreditation bodies

⤷ Expanded programmatic SEO across ingredient and brand categories

⤷ Turned zero-result dead-ends into a list growth lever

I have used tmux, tmuxup, fzf and direnv to automate my workflow. It's pointed to the work folder, contains a project picker, invokes shell with defaults (npm run dev, python manage.py runserver etc), and fires up cursor - saving a lot of keystrokes for project initialization.

I have written about the process here: https://kashifaziz.me/blog/tmux-dev-workflow/

Independent software developer who helps founders and teams ship production-grade software fast — and clean up the AI-generated code that's quietly accumulating technical debt.

If you're a startup trying to move from prototype to scale, or a legacy business that needs modern tooling bolted onto existing systems, that's my wheelhouse.

Recent work:

- Multi-tenant analytics dashboard — full-stack SaaS with RBAC, Clicky + Google Search Console integrations, and Cloudflare Workers — https://kashifaziz.me/portfolio/multi-tenant-analytics-dashb...

- HalalCodeCheck — took a working scanner and rebuilt it as a guided decision-support product with onboarding, trust messaging, and section analytics — https://kashifaziz.me/portfolio/halalcodecheck/

- Outreach Planner — full CRM shipped as a single self-contained HTML file, zero backend, works offline — https://kashifaziz.me/portfolio/outreach-planner/

Also available for vibe code cleaning — structured audits of AI-generated codebases before they go to production.

Open to contract, part-time retainer, or project-based work.

Binge watched it. I think the first 2 seasons were great.

Lee Pace did an awesome performance recently in Asimov's Foundation. Mackenzie Davis, another lead in the show, demonstrated good potential but she seems not to get much afterward (Terminator, Station 11 etc)

Built https://halalcodecheck.com - a web app to scan product labels and identify the status of E-Codes. It is an offline first app and offers image scanning, upload, e-code database search through voice and typing.

It is currently in beta. Will be adding barcode scanning and other features pretty soon.

Another tool I built recently is a dashboard to provide a single view for web and social stats. Currently integrate Clicky stats (via their API). Next in line is Google Search Console and social integration.

I started doing remote back in 2002, working with companies in the UK and US, something that was largely unheard of in my country. While our mode of communication was web messengers (AOL, Yahoo, MSN etc and the aggregators), I used IRC a lot to get tech help, and participate in online dicussions.

What is your general use case with Claude Code / Codex? $70K/year is a significant spend.

I recently did some reading on the blight in Baltimore. Lots of vacant neighborhoods with severe impact on the economy. Seems the private sector is eager to support but staying back due to various factors like crime-rate, lack of neighborhood development, exorbitant utility charges etc.

Seeking Work | Remote | Python and AI | Turning Ideas into AI-Powered Products

I help startups move fast by transforming existing apps into AI-enabled products and running quick experiments to test new ideas. My focus is practical AI, building things that ship, scale, and create value without unnecessary overhead.

What I bring:

- Add AI features to your product (chatbots, recommendations, predictive insights, vision/NLP tools).

- Rapid prototyping → MVPs in days, not months.

- Clean data pipelines + APIs that support AI at scale.

Recent work:

- Embedded an LLM-based support agent in a SaaS app (cut response time by 60%).

- Built a lightweight recommendation engine for a marketplace MVP.

- Designed real-time OCR + entity extraction for a fintech startup.

Tech stack: Python, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, FastAPI, Django, Postgres, AWS/GCP.
