That's great it works for you. I was basing my comment on an article from a German newspaper that cites an obesity researcher who said that lost pleasure from eating is a major reason people quit: https://archive.ph/UnjMe The evidence still appears anecdotal. They don't cite any studies that bear this out.

The german trains, even at their worst, are so much better than anything in the US. Complaining can also be a sport in Germany. Take a ride on Njtransit or the NYC subway to appreciate the difference. Or try to get anywhere in New Jersey without a car. In many parts of Germany, you can get almost anywhere conveniently with only public transportation.

Interesting that they manually transcribed the data to Excel. It would also be interesting to know how they mapped from the excel files to the final dataset. I wonder if LLMs could do the switch from scans to structured data more efficiently, and how much of a hit to accuracy would be involved.
